about

Welcome! My name is Ellie, and I am a psychologist and psychotherapist-in-training. My specialization is based on the ACT approach. ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) is an approach that focuses on acceptance and commitment. It’s about being present in the here and now, and it suggests embracing ourselves and our emotions rather than struggling against them. It also involves aligning our actions with our true values.

Each of us deserves to be in harmony with ourselves and the world, and I’m here to accompany and support you on this journey.

“Be present, open up, and do what matters.”

Currently, I provide consultations in a video and chat format. Consultations can be conducted in real-time through video calls, as well as synchronous messaging, or asynchronous messaging - whichever is more convenient for you. Flexibility and an individualized approach are essential.

The cost for video consultations via platforms such as Zoom/Google Meet/others is €30 per 55−60 minutes. The cost for synchronous consultations is €20 per hour, and for asynchronous ones, it’s €35 per week. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or would like to schedule a consultation.

My statement regarding the war in Ukraine: “Russia is the aggressor and must immediately withdraw its troops from all internationally recognized territories of Ukraine.”
